How quickly do you respond?

During UK business hours (9am-6pm GMT), we respond within 2 hours. Often much faster. Evenings and weekends might take a bit longer.

Do you offer phone support?

No. We found email works better for everyone. You get detailed answers with screenshots, we can fix things properly, and there's no waiting on hold.

Can you help migrate from another system?

Yes. Email us your current system and we'll help you move your data over. Usually takes less than a day.

Do you offer training?

The software is designed to work without training. But if you need help, we'll jump on a quick screen share and show you around.

What about feature requests?

Email them to us. If it makes sense for our target market (1-5 person teams), we'll often build it within weeks.
