Initial Verification Process

What Happens When You Sign Up

Account Created: You complete the signup form with your email address
Verification Email Sent: Check your inbox for "Verify Your Toolfy Account"
Limited Access: You can log in but some features are restricted until verified
Email Contains Link: Click the verification link to complete setup
Account Activated: Full access to all Toolfy features unlocked

Check Your Email Immediately

The verification email usually arrives within 1-2 minutes. Don't wait - check your inbox right after signing up while the signup process is fresh in your mind.

Step-by-Step Verification

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

• Look for email from "noreply@toolfy.io"
• Subject: "Verify Your Toolfy Account"
• Should arrive within 1-2 minutes
• Check spam/junk folder if not in inbox

Step 2: Open the Email

• Email will contain your name and business details
• Clear "Verify Email Address" button
• Security notice about the verification link
• Contact information if you need help

Step 3: Click Verification Link

• Click the blue "Verify Email Address" button
• Opens new browser tab with confirmation
• Account automatically activated
• Redirected to your dashboard

Step 4: Confirmation

• Success message: "Email verified successfully!"
• Full access to all features enabled
• Can now send invoices and set up payments
• Email notifications will work properly

Resend Verification Email

If you didn't receive the verification email or the link has expired, you can request a new one.

Log into Your Account
Visit toolfy.io and log in with your email and password.
Look for Verification Banner
Unverified accounts see a yellow banner at the top: "Please verify your email address".
Click "Resend Verification"
Click the "Resend verification email" link in the banner.
Check Email Again
New verification email sent to your registered address. Check inbox and spam folder.

Link Expiry

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security. If your link is expired, simply request a new verification email using the steps above.

Alternative Verification Method

If you're still having trouble receiving verification emails, you can verify through your account settings.

Manual Verification Request

Log into your account (even if unverified)
Go to Settings → Account → Email Settings
Click "Send Verification Email" button
Try a different email provider if issues persist
Contact support if still no email received

• Check spam/junk/promotions folder
• Add noreply@toolfy.io to your contacts
• Check email address spelling in your account

• Ensure you're clicking the link, not copying/pasting
• Try opening link in different browser
• Clear browser cache and cookies
