Add Customers
Build your customer database by adding customers individually or importing from CSV.
Before scheduling jobs, you'll need customers in your database. You can add them one at a time or import many at once from a spreadsheet.
Add individual customer
Open the add customer form
Go to Customers → Add Customer. Or use the "+" button on your dashboard.
Fill in customer details
Only the name is required. Add email for invoices, phone for SMS updates, and address for job scheduling.
Save the customer
Click "Add Customer" and they'll appear in your customer list immediately.
Import from CSV
If you have customers in a spreadsheet, you can import them all at once.
Prepare your CSV file
Include columns: name, email, phone, address, notes. Remove any header row.
Upload the file
Go to Customers → Import CSV. Select your file and click "Preview Import".
Review and import
Check the preview for any errors, then click "Import All Customers".
Customer information fields
Name (required)
Customer's full name as it should appear on invoices
For sending invoices and job notifications automatically
Phone
For SMS updates and emergency contact
Address
Main service location (individual jobs can have different addresses)
Notes
Access codes, preferences, or special instructions
CSV import tips
- • Use UK phone format: 07123456789
- • Keep addresses simple: "123 High St, London SW1A 1AA"
- • Remove header rows from your spreadsheet
